Export Compliance General Counsel

As an Export Compliance General Counsel here at Honeywell Aerospace, you will be responsible for overseeing all legal matters related to export compliance, ensuring our operations comply with applicable laws and regulations. Your expertise in export compliance will be instrumental in protecting the interests of Honeywell Aerospace and driving our success as best-in-class compliance program.

As a global company, Honeywell has vast operations worldwide, and it is critical that the company maintains strong U.S. and non-U.S. export compliance programs in all countries in which it conducts business.  Your legal acumen and operational insights for managing both U.S. and non-U.S. export control regimes will enable Honeywell to operate ethically and effectively in the global market, as well as in critical growth regions.  You will be expected to support trade professionals outside of the United States in maintaining compliance operations that meet Honeywell’s high compliance standards. 

You will report directly to our Vice President Global Trade, within the Honeywell Aerospace Legal Department, and you’ll work out of one of our key Aerospace sites in either Washington, DC OR Phoenix, AZ and work on a hybrid work schedule.  You will remotely manage a team of experienced trade professionals in the APAC region.
