Our AmLaw 100 client is hiring into its International Trade Advisory and Enforcement practice in Washington, D.C. This is a true trade role at a firm with sustained strength in regulatory and enforcement work that sits at the center of U.S. export control policy and enforcement activity. The Role
This associate will advise U.S. and global clients on export controls and related compliance issues, with a strong focus on EAR and ITAR. The practice handles sensitive regulatory matters, enforcement actions, and complex advisory work tied to national security, cross border transactions, and emerging technologies. Writing matters here. Judgment matters more.
Candidate Profile
• J.D. class years 2018 through 2021
• Meaningful experience with U.S. export controls, including EAR and ITAR
• Prior work advising on compliance, licensing, investigations, or enforcement
