Job DetailsJob Location: F45 Training U Street - Washington, DC 20001  Job Description F45 head coaches and assistant coaches are responsible for all facets of running the F45 workouts. The coach and assistant coach must be a dynamic individual and leader who can continually advance our programs and teach classes as needed. We believe that incredible trainers are the lifeblood of the studio. When members have an amazing class, they associate those feelings with the excitement, culture, and inspiration that the trainers have brought to the workout. You are the face, voice, and power behind the brand, and your contributions are the largest indicator of a studio’s success. F45 skills and athletic knowledge can be taught, but true passion for helping people must be inherently in every F45 trainer. A true F45 trainer should be: Aspirationally fit and able to complete all workouts Hard working and committed to their role, studio and the brand Punctual and well presented, always in their training uniform Inspiring and motivating Able to multi-task and think on their feet Clear communicators that speak loudly and concisely Able to give regressions and progressions for all exercises Proactive in upskilling themselves PREFERRED EDUCATION, CERTIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE Experience in a health club or the hospitality industry is preferred Active CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications Coaching Certification through a nationally recognized organization (required to teach as Head Coach, not required to Assistant Coach)   Qualifications
