We are actively seeking candidates with strong experience in business management, chief of staff support, or finance-focused operations within large, complex organizations. Ideal candidates will have a proven track record of supporting budget management, vendor processes, headcount tracking, and executive-facing business operations, with the ability to manage large budgets, navigate internal systems and tools, and maintain a high level of detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
While this role is open to candidates across the United States, we are only able to provide W2 employment and benefits to consultants based in Washington State or Texas.
Work Location Flexibility:
Currently, this role provides the option for fully remote work; however, flexibility from our consultants is important for both our team and clients. Project activities may be influenced by evolving client needs, team rhythms, or return-to-office expectations. If in-person collaboration becomes necessary, consultants must be prepared to align with those expectations, and we will provide as much advance notice and support as possible should that need arise.
This engagement is expected to run for 6 months with the possibility of extension.
