Our new Fuddruckers Restaurant is looking for an experience Fry Cook to prepare and cook fried foods efficiently and safely, maintaining kitchen hygiene and ensuring food quality.  This includes tasks like breading, frying, and ensuring food is cooked to the correct temperature and appearance. They may also assist with other kitchen duties like prepping ingredients and maintaining the frying station. 

Key Responsibilities of the Fry Cook:

  • Maintaining Cleanliness: Keep the frying station and surrounding area clean and sanitary, following all food safety regulations. 
  • Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels of ingredients and notify management when supplies are low. 
  • Equipment Maintenance: Set up, break down, and ensure the proper functioning of the frying equipment. 
  • Assisting with other kitchen duties: May assist with prepping vegetables, sauces, and other tasks as needed. 
  • Adhering to Food Safety Standards: Practice safe food handling procedures and maintain a clean work environment. 
  • Preparing and Cooking: Bread, coat, and fry various foods like french fries, chicken, fish, etc. 
  • Following Recipes: Adhere to established recipes and cooking instructions. 
  • Quality Control: Ensure fried foods are cooked to the correct temperature, don't burn, and maintain a consistent presentation.
