Day in the Life
Evaluate and manage patients with opioid use disorder in our outpatient clinic settings
Prescribe appropriate medications and treatments as indicated by patient assessment, including injections if needed.
Complete medical documentation per Crossroads standards
Collaborate with clinic staff to provide holistic care to patients, including referrals to other medical providers and community services

Primary center: Carrick
Expected weekly hours:40 (38 hours + 2 for documentation)Â
Target Schedule:
Washington: Sunday 7-4; Monday 11-6; Carrick Tues 8-4; Thurs 9-3; Friday 8-4Â
Education and Licensure Requirements
Active and clear licensure in the state in which patient care will be provided.Â
DEA Certificate of Registration in the state of practice with 2, 2N, 3, 4, & 5 scheduling
Credentialed through Medicaid and Medicare
Experience in the field of substance abuse preferred.
Additional education or certification may be required depending on state of practice.
