What You’ll Do

As a Handyman Helper, you’ll assist Lead Craftsmen on residential and light commercial jobs:

Support repairs and maintenance across trades:
- Carpentry
- Drywall & painting
- Basic plumbing & electrical
- Tile and general home repairs
Prepare job sites and maintain clean work areas
Learn tools, materials, and best practices
Interact with customers professionally and respectfully
Help identify additional service opportunities
Maintain and organize tools, vehicles, and workspace

What We’re Looking For

This is an entry-level role—attitude matters more than experience.

Minimum Requirements:

~1 year of hands-on experience (construction, landscaping, maintenance, etc.)
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to communicate well with customers
Willingness to learn multiple trades
Valid driver’s license + good driving record
Ability to lift, carry, and work outdoors when needed
