Healthcare Transactional Associate


Our AmLaw 100 client is expanding its Washington, DC healthcare team. This group is known nationally for its depth in regulatory, transactional and private equity-focused work across all major healthcare sectors.



Role Summary
You will support healthcare transactions involving private equity sponsors, hospitals, academic medical centers, ASCs, skilled nursing groups, MSOs and other industry participants. Work includes drafting, diligence, structuring and regulatory analysis.



Candidate Profile
• 3–5 years of healthcare transactional experience in a top 100 firm
• Interest in building a practice around healthcare M&A and private equity transactions
• Excellent academic and writing credentials
• DC Bar required
