The salary for this position is $50,000 per year.

New hire application process (collecting required employment information such as background checks, reference checks, resumes, I-9, state tax form, W-4 form, insurance enrollment forms, inform staff of fringe benefits etc.)
Processing ADP payroll
Maintaining organized and current employee files
Liaison between the organization and insurance brokers
Clerical support for the HR Coordinator
Set up and maintain files for all providers
Credential providers for DC & Md. Medicaid, Medicare, and Private Insurance
Assist and advise providers in updating all credentialing documentation
Work with the Grants and Contract Manager to assist with inputting invoice data into the EGMS system monthly
Ability to multi-task and work under time constraints
Other duties as assigned
