Professional Solutions Delivered, LLC (ProSoDel) is a total solutions provider for government and commercial customers in the areas of Program Management, Logistics, Organizational Change Management, Communications, Training, and Information Technology (IT) Support Services. We are currently seeking an Information Assurance Support (Mid) to join our team of professionals in support of the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), Engineering and Logistics Directorate (SEA 05).

Essential Duties & Job Functions:

  • Provide IT systems support for Navy/DoD customers across classified and unclassified environments while supporting information assurance requirements. 
  • Support operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and protection of information systems, networks, hardware, software, and communication devices across SEA 05 operations. 
  • Maintain user access controls, account management, permissions, and system security documentation for NMCI, NIPRNET, SIPRNET, FlankSpeed, Nautilus, and related platforms.
  • Assist with implementation of security procedures, access control requirements, and compliance efforts to support system integrity and operational continuity. 
  • Support Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) asset management activities including deployments, assignments, refresh support, asset disposition, and configuration management. 
  • Monitor and support electronic spillage reporting processes, security issue resolution, and coordination with the Assistant Security Manager and supporting IT teams. 
  • Prepare reports, executive briefs, correspondence, audit support documentation, and recommendations related to IT operations, compliance, and system security posture. 
  • Provide user support, technical guidance, and training to SEA 05 personnel on IT systems, access requirements, and routine information assurance procedures. 
  • Coordinate with NMCI, NAVSEA CIO staff, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues, support service requests, and improve operational processes. 
  • Perform related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements (Education, Experience, Professional Associations)

Education

  • Applicants must meet one of the following minimum qualifications:
  • Highschool diploma or GED and ten (10) years of relevant experience in information assurance providing IT systems support or a related functional area; OR
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and five (5) years of relevant experience in information assurance providing IT systems support or a related functional area; OR
  • Master’s degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Experience

  • Provides IT systems support for Navy/DoD customers or directly for Navy/DoD.

Required Certification

  • DoD-approved Information Assurance baseline certification at Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Level III in accordance with DoD Directive 8570.01-M (Information Assurance Workforce Improvement Program).

Preferred Certification

  • Computing Environment (CE) certifications for the operating system(s) and/or security-related tools/devices supported, as required by SEA 05,in accordance with the statement of work.

Clearance

  • Must be a United States Citizen
