Closet America is looking for an experienced Installation Manager to lead our installation team and help deliver an exceptional experience for every customer.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll oversee installers, scheduling, fleet operations, quality, and day-to-day execution. You’ll have a direct impact on team performance, customer satisfaction, and the growth of our installation operation.
What You'll Do
Lead, coach, and develop a team of installation professionals
Oversee daily installation schedules, staffing, and job assignments
Ensure installations are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards
Monitor quality, productivity, completion rates, and customer satisfaction
Resolve escalated installation and customer issues
Partner with Customer Service and Operations to optimize scheduling and resources
Conduct ride-alongs, quality audits, and performance reviews
Manage installer payroll, bonuses, and performance metrics
Oversee fleet maintenance and daily vehicle readiness
Identify training needs and help build a high-performing installation team
What We're Looking For
5+ years of leadership or management experience
Experience in home improvement, installation, construction, closets, or a related industry
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
A hands-on leader who knows how to hold teams accountable while developing people
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and customer-service skills
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
