What This Role Actually DoesÂ
You will operate as the central operator of our legal support function:Â
- Own intake, docketing, and legal workflow execution Â
- Support and coordinate patent filings and matter management Â
- Work directly with attorneys and clients on execution-level communication Â
- Oversee and guide legal assistant workflows Â
- Identify gaps and improve how work gets tracked and completed Â
This is a hands-on role with real ownership.Â

By 30 days:
You’re executing work and understanding current workflowsÂ

You’re owning workflows and beginning to improve themÂ

You are acting as the bridge between legal, ops, and assistants, reducing friction in how work gets done, providing structure and visibility across the team Â

Requirements
Required BackgroundÂ
- 2–5 years of legal support experience (IP/patent experience strongly preferred) Â
- Experience with docketing, filings, and matter management Â
- Strong organizational and communication skills Â
- Experience working with or supporting legal teams Â
