AERMOR is seeking a Journeyman Data Manager to support a mission-critical national security program focused on Mission Assurance, assessment support, and enterprise data management. The selected candidate will leverage Government-directed enterprise data platforms, including Palantir Foundry, to support assessment activities through data collection, integration, validation, and analysis. This position requires a detail-oriented technical professional capable of managing complex datasets while supporting analytical efforts that enhance mission readiness and enterprise decision-making.


Responsibilities:

 
  • Support Mission Assurance assessment activities through structured data collection, validation, and management.
  • Collect, organize, integrate, and maintain complex datasets from multiple Government data sources.
  • Utilize Government-directed enterprise data platforms, including Palantir Foundry, to support data engineering, workflow enablement, reporting, and analytics.
  • Prepare, transform, and validate assessment data to support enterprise analysis and decision-making.
  • Support analytical exploitation of assessment data to identify trends, dependencies, vulnerabilities, and operational insights.
  • Perform data quality assurance, metadata management, documentation, and data governance activities.
  • Assist in maintaining enterprise data repositories and ensuring traceability of assessment data throughout the data lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with Government stakeholders and technical teams to support data integration and analytical requirements.
  • Support development and sustainment of dashboards, reports, and data products used by mission stakeholders.
  • Maintain technical documentation supporting data workflows, analytical processes, and enterprise data management activities.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
 
  • Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • Minimum of 3–10 years of professional experience in data management, data engineering, analytics, or a related technical field.
  • Current Palantir Foundry Data Engineer Certification is required.
  • Experience supporting data collection, integration, transformation, and validation activities.
  • Experience utilizing enterprise data platforms to support data engineering, analytics, workflow enablement, and reporting.
  • Experience managing structured and unstructured datasets while ensuring data quality and integrity.
  • Familiarity with data governance principles, metadata management, and enterprise data lifecycle processes.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
