The work
The Junio IGA Engineer will support the implementation, integration, and operation of enterprise identity governance solutions as part of the ICAM Cyber Modernization project team. Guided by senior engineers, this role contributes to the delivery of secure, modern identity services across the organization.

Key responsibilities:
• Support the implementation and integration of enterprise IGA solutions
• Assist senior engineers in configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting IGA tools
• Contribute to identity lifecycle management tasks and access governance activities
• Support integration with systems such as Active Directory, Entra ID, and SSO platforms
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate security requirements into technical solutions
• Participate in documentation, process improvements, and operational support activities
• Stay informed on industry best practices in identity security and governance

Here’s what you need:
• Bachelor’s degree; or an Associate’s degree plus two additional years of relevant experience
• Foundational understanding of authentication principles, identity lifecycle management, and access management
• Hands‑on experience with one or more: IGA, IAM, Active Directory, Entra ID, SSO, ITSM
• Scripting or development experience with one or more: REST API, LDAP, SQL, PowerShell, object‑oriented programming

Nice to have:
• Experience supporting enterprise identity governance tools
• Relevant IAM/IGA or security‑related certifications
• Experience working in a modernization or transformation environment

Eligibility requirements:
• Must be eligible to obtain a government secret clearance

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
