Overview

R&P is looking for a motivated candidate who wants to join our team. We are a small-sized defense contractor providing Engineering, Logistics, Program Management and Technical Services to government clients. We need a Junior Program Analyst ready to join a fast-paced and exciting work environment.

Responsibilities

â–ª Prepare program/project briefings, plans, concept papers, white papers, meeting minutes, action item reports, and other required program planning documentation.â–ª Perform operational, administrative, and executive functions for external/internal Project/Program Managers.â–ª Analyze and evaluate projects and/or programs to provide project and program managers information to be used in planning, monitoring, and resource allocation including financial and contractual data.â–ª Develop and maintain electronic information and databases concerning the installation, operation, maintenance, and alteration of systems and equipment.â–ª Analyze various data to identify problems and trends.â–ª Review contractual requirements and participate in defining project and/or program requirements.â–ª Develop evaluation methodology and collect and analyze data to determine extent to which goals, objectives and requirements are being met.â–ª Implement strategies for deploying and implementing new program planning policy initiatives and measure effectiveness of implementation.â–ª Create queries and produce custom reports from databases.â–ª Develop documentation, reports, and project plans and prepare and present briefings.â–ª Coordinate and facilitate project/program meetings and events.

Qualifications

▪ Bachelor’s degree. Higher degree can be substituted for years of experience.

▪ Excellent communication, organization, analytical, and interpersonal skills. 

â–ª Must be proficient in Microsoft Office products and tools such as Power Point, Excel, and Word.

▪ Ability to travel up to 10% to support customer requirements. 

â–ª Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.
