The Bureau of Engraving and Printing in Washington, D.C. is seeking a Lead Tour Guide (LTG) for a full-time position.
Candidates must be U.S. citizens with a minimum of 3 years of customer service experience in a tour setting.
Applicants should have at least 1 year of public speaking experience with groups over 30 and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Current CPR certification and the ability to pass BEP security clearance are also required.

Requirements: The candidate shall have a:
- U.S. citizenship
- Minimum 3 years of customer service experience in a tour setting

Duties: The candidate must:
- Support the SLT in supervising daily tour operations
- Ensure proper assignment of tour guides for daily and special events
- Conduct tours for general and specialized audiences
- Maintain readiness of tour materials and equipment
- Serve as backup for PM or TS when necessary
- Enforce tour policies, crowd control, and safety procedures
