Licensed Mental Health Clinician (LCPC, LICSW, Psychologist) 


About the Role 

Join our clinician-centered multidisciplinary team in the Georgetown area of Washington DC, and support our continued growth throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. Ellie Mental Health prioritizes clinician well-being through flexible scheduling, health insurance, paid time off, free CEUs, weekly case consultation groups, and team-building activities. 

We are seeking full-time DC-licensed clinicians (LCPC, LICSW, or Psychologist) who thrive in collaborative environments, value diversity, and are committed to providing high-quality mental health care. 


Responsibilities 

  • Maintain a caseload of approximately 25 client sessions per week. 
  • Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop treatment plans. 
  • Complete clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment updates. 
  • Provide excellent client care and customer service. 
  • Coordinate care with other providers as needed. 
  • Attend clinical meetings, trainings, and consultation groups. 

Growth Opportunities 

  • Participate in community outreach, presentations, and networking events. 
  • Provide supervision to associate-level clinicians when qualified. 
  • Develop specialty programs and services. 
  • Create educational content for social media platforms. 
  • Advance into leadership roles as the practice expands throughout Maryland, Washington, DC, and Delaware. 

Qualifications 

  • Master’s or doctoral degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field. 
  • Active DC license permitting independent clinical practice. 
  • Experience conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and maintaining clinical documentation. 
  • Commitment to LGBTQIA+ affirming, culturally responsive care. 
  • Strong ethical standards and dedication to professional growth. 
  • Bilingual clinicians are encouraged to apply.
