We are seeking a Management Analyst to join our on-site team in Washington, DC. This role is integral to supporting program operations, contract administration, and facility coordination for a major federal client. The Management Analyst will play a key part in ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and effective communication across internal teams, vendors, and government stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing contract and administrative support by reviewing requirements and assisting with requisitions
- Reviewing vendor invoices for accuracy and compliance with contract terms
- Coordinating facilities, space, and operational initiatives
- Tracking project activities, timelines, and metrics for reporting purposes
- Maintaining program data in internal tracking systems
- Coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and government stakeholders to ensure seamless operations
- Assisting with Public Trust/security clearance processing for service providers
- Preparing reports, summaries, and draft documents for leadership review
- Supporting coordination with Diplomatic Security and other key stakeholders
- Providing general administrative and operational support across the program
- 6+ years of relevant experience in operations, project coordination, or program support
- Experience with federal security clearance management and/or contract document management
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Active Secret clearance
- Experience reviewing vendor invoices for accuracy and compliance with contract terms
- Experience supporting facilities, space, construction, building operations, or operational coordination
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- Experience supporting U.S. federal government customers (such as the U.S. Department of State)
- Knowledge of financial laws, policies, and regulations applicable to U.S. government operations programs
- Experience applying qualitative and quantitative analysis methods to assemble and analyze facts and present findings
- Experience coordinating with government stakeholders and external vendors or service providers
