Position Overview:
The Manager, Human Resources, is responsible for leading execution, coordination, and communication across key Human Resources programs, including performance management, learning and development, and internal Human Resources initiatives.
This role serves as a central execution lead across HR initiatives, managing timelines, systems, communications, and reporting while ensuring programs are delivered consistently and effectively across the organization.
The ideal candidate is a highly organized self-starter who can independently manage multiple workstreams, translate complex HR processes into clear communications, and drive follow through across stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
HR Program Execution & Project Management
- Lead execution of core HR programs and cycles, including performance management, learning programs, and engagement initiatives
- Build and manage project plans, timelines, and trackers to ensure all deliverables are completed on time
- Coordinate across HRLT, HRBPs, Total Rewards, and Internal Communications to align activities and drive progress
- Monitor progress, follow up with stakeholders, and address delays or gaps in execution
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve program delivery
Recognition & Engagement Programs
- Execute Shared Purpose Awards and internal recognition programs, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
- Coordinate closely with Internal Communications, Events, Executive Office, and HR partners to support planning and implementation
- Manage end-to-end program logistics, including timelines, eligibility reporting, nomination tracking, invitations, RSVP management, and materials preparation
- Facilitate stakeholder coordination to ensure alignment, clear communication, and smooth execution across all program elements
Internal HR Communications
- Lead development and execution of internal HR communications across programs and employee updates
- Draft talking points, leadership messages, and communications for HRLT, managers, and employees
- Manage communication timelines aligned to program milestones such as performance cycles, surveys, and learning initiatives
- Translate HR processes, policies, and system updates into clear and actionable messaging
- Maintain and update HR content across platforms including Webster, Teams, and newsletters
- Partner with Internal Communications to ensure consistency, clarity, and timing of messaging
 Performance Management Program Support
- Manage execution of performance review cycles, including system updates, communications, and timelines
- Coordinate training sessions and prepare support materials for managers and employees
- Partner on Culture Amp updates related to performance processes
- Track participation and completion rates and compile reports and summaries
- Support ongoing process updates and communication improvements
 Learning & Development Program Support
- Coordinate learning programs, including LinkedIn Learning and internal training initiatives
- Track utilization, participation, and completion metrics and generate reports
- Support training related to HR systems such as Culture Amp
- Maintain learning resources and related communications for employees and managers
 HR Content, Systems & Reporting
- Maintain HR content across systems, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and consistency
- Manage updates to HR intranet including Webster pages, resources, and announcements
- Produce regular and ad hoc reports across HR programs such as performance, learning, and engagement
- Track utilization and program metrics to support HR reporting and decision making
- Maintain working knowledge of HR tools such as Culture Amp, LinkedIn Learning, and Monday.com
 HR Leadership & Generalist Support
- Provide coordination and execution support to HRLT, including special projects and deliverables
- Draft materials, memos, summaries, and updates to support leadership discussions
- Provide generalist support across HR initiatives as needed, ensuring consistent execution and follow through
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and/or 2–5 years of experience in human resources, recruiting coordination, operations, or administrative support.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong follow-through.
- Proven ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and functions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a high level of accountability.
- Experience with HR systems, applicant tracking systems, or employee engagement platforms preferred.

The salary range for this position is $69,007.00 to $85,000.00. The actual salary paid for this position will vary based on market data, an applicant’s qualifications, relevant degrees, certifications, and other factors. Our full-time employees are eligible for benefits, including health care, vision, dental, retirement, and paid leave.
