Position Summary
The Manager, Member Strategy and Operations plays a critical role within ACP's Member Relations team, using member data, technology, and reporting to strengthen member engagement, improve retention, and support membership revenue growth. Reporting to the Vice President, this role manages ACP's member engagement technology, builds forecasting and reporting tools, and turns member data into insights and recommendations that help Membership make better business decisions.
Key responsibilities will include assessing which member benefits and engagement activities have the greatest impact on retention and recommending where Membership should focus its time and resources to increase revenue. Working closely with IT, Finance, and Marketing the Manager will ensure leadership has timely, accurate information to guide decisions that strengthen the member experience while protecting and growing ACP's membership revenue.
The role is well-suited for an analytically minded professional who enjoys turning data into strategy and thrives at the intersection of technology, operations, and member relations. The individual should be comfortable working across teams, translating complex data into clear recommendations, and building the systems and processes that help Membership scale.

Essential Functions/Major Responsibilities

Membership Strategy & Revenue Growth
- Analyze member engagement and participation data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities that improve retention and support revenue growth.
- Provide leadership with data-driven insights that inform decisions around renewals, member engagement, and revenue growth. Support Membership planning through data-driven forecasts and insights.
Data, Reporting & Forecasting (Finance)
- Develop and analyze dashboards and reporting tools that track membership health, engagement, renewals, and revenue trends, using data to surface actionable insights and recommendations.
- Analyze membership and revenue trends to build renewal forecasts and revenue projections.
- Help maintain CRM data quality and integrity to ensure accurate, reliable reporting and analysis .
- Partner with Finance to align membership reporting, revenue forecasting, and the assumptions used to calculate key metrics.
Technology & Member Intelligence (IT)
- Support member engagement technology, including Nimble, PropFuel, and future platforms, ensuring systems capture reliable data for strategic decision-making.
- Partner with IT to identify and prioritize technology improvements that support Membership's data, reporting, and operational needs.
- Evaluate Membership processes and identify opportunities for automation, consistency, and improved data capture.
Member Engagement (Marketing)
- Support engagement campaigns for onboarding, renewals, and benefit awareness, including audience segmentation and performance measurement.
- Support automated member journeys throughout the membership lifecycle.
- Provide additional department support through ad hoc duties as assigned.

Education, Experience, Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
- 3+ years of experience supporting CRM platforms, marketing automation, membership operations, customer success operations, or business systems.
- Salesforce or comparable CRM experience required.
- Strong data analysis skills, including experience analyzing data sets, identifying trends to inform forecasting, and translating findings into clear, actionable recommendations through dashboards and reports.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data-driven insights to leadership and cross-functional partners.
- Collaborative and adaptable approach, with experience working cross-functionally across Membership, Marketing, Finance, and IT teams.
- CRM implementation or digital transformation experience preferred.
- Experience with Nimble preferred.
- Salesforce Administrator certification preferred, or willingness to obtain.

Job Conditions
We are a fast-paced, high-energy organization with a very ambitious agenda and a staff that is highly motivated. This position may experience high-level work demands and independent decision-making under tight timelines. Regular travel across the country for meetings or events may be required. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. ACP will not sponsor applicants for work visas.
We reasonably believe that the base salary range for this position is $75,000 – 90,000 annually. At ACP, a wide range of factors are considered when making compensation decisions including and not limited to skill set, experience, training, education, knowledge, and other business and organizational needs.
