We are actively seeking an experienced Manager, Talent Acquisition to lead our recruiting function and shape the future of our workforce. This role is ideal for a seasoned TA leader who brings heart, hustle, and a passion for building highâperforming teams. Youâll oversee a team of recruiters, drive talent strategy across the organization, and ensure we attract and hire exceptional people who support our mission across multiple project sites and office locations.

What You'll Do
- Lead, mentor, and develop a small team of recruiters, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Own JRCâs enterpriseâwide talent acquisition strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and workforce planning needs
- Oversee fullâcycle recruiting operations, ensuring an exceptional candidate and hiringâmanager experience
- Partner closely with senior leaders and hiring managers to forecast talent needs and build proactive pipelines
- Drive sourcing strategies for cleared and uncleared talent through ATS optimization, networking, referrals, and innovative outreach
- Ensure consistent, highâquality screening and selection processes that evaluate qualifications, alignment, and cultural fit
- Represent JRC at recruiting events, career fairs, and industry engagements, serving as a brand ambassador
- Build and maintain partnerships with universities, military transition programs, and industry organizations
- Ensure all recruiting practices comply with OFCCP guidelines, employment laws, and internal policies
- Track and report on key recruiting metrics to inform decisionâmaking and improve performance
What You Bring to the Table
- A bachelorâs degree from an accredited college or university
- 10+ years of talent acquisition experience, including leadership of a recruiting team
- Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), ideally Greenhouse, including managing requisitions, workflows, and candidate records.
- A strategic mindset paired with handsâon execution skills
- Strong communication abilities and a relationshipâdriven approach that builds trust across all levels
- Proven success managing competing priorities and delivering results in a fastâpaced environment
- High integrity, sound judgment, and a commitment to supporting JRCâs mission and culture
- Ability for CONUS travel up to 10%
