The EiRAM Group, LLC is seeking an experienced Master Facilitator and Train-the-Trainer Lead to support the delivery and implementation of a federal leadership development program.

This role goes beyond facilitating individual training sessions. The successful candidate will lead pilot program delivery while building the client's internal capability to independently deliver and sustain the program. This position will play a critical role in ensuring a successful transition from contractor-led delivery to long-term client ownership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and facilitate pilot sessions for a federal leadership development program.
  • Deliver engaging, interactive learning experiences for adult learners across virtual and, as needed, in-person environments.
  • Design and lead a comprehensive Train-the-Trainer (TTT) program for the client's internal facilitators.
  • Assess facilitator readiness and provide coaching, feedback, and practical guidance to support successful program delivery.
  • Lead knowledge-transfer activities that enable client personnel to independently facilitate the program.
  • Develop and organize a comprehensive transition package, including:
    • Editable facilitator and participant materials
    • Facilitator guides and presentation materials
    • Training and implementation guidance
    • Delivery standards and best practices
    • Program documentation and supporting resources
  • Partner with the client to establish sustainable processes for ongoing program delivery.
  • Facilitate virtual sessions using platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Adobe Connect.
  • Incorporate breakout activities, interactive exercises, discussion, and other adult-learning techniques to maintain engagement in a virtual environment.
  • Ensure virtual delivery incorporates accessibility best practices, including appropriate use of captioning and accessible training materials.
  • Adapt facilitation techniques to meet the needs of diverse audiences and learning styles.
  • Support continuous improvement of the program based on participant and facilitator feedback.
  • Provide recommendations to program leadership regarding delivery effectiveness, facilitator readiness, and long-term program sustainability.
Required Qualifications

  • 15+ years of experience facilitating leadership development, professional development, organizational development, or similar programs for adult learners.
  • Demonstrated experience facilitating programs for federal government audiences.
  • Proven experience designing and delivering Train-the-Trainer programs that successfully transitioned program delivery to client personnel.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop facilitator capability through hands-on training, observation, coaching, and feedback.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and experiential learning methodologies.
  • Extensive experience facilitating virtual instructor-led training (VILT).
  • Certified facilitator credential such asATD Master Trainer, ICF credential, or a recognized leadership development/facilitation certification.
  • Coaching certification or experience, particularly in programs incorporating an executive or leadership coaching component.
  • Experience facilitating federal executive, supervisory, or emerging-leader development programs.
  • Experience developing facilitator certification or qualification programs.
  • Experience transitioning contractor-developed training programs to government or organizational staff for long-term sustainment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Adobe Connect or comparable virtual delivery platforms.
  • Experience incorporating accessibility practices, including captioning and accessible virtual learning environments.
  • Excellent presentation, facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with client stakeholders and program team members.
