What You'll Do
You'll be the face of our brands in the local on-premise scene, working directly with bar managers, restaurant owners, and beverage directors to grow distribution, secure tap handles and menu placements, and bring exciting promotions to life. Your day might include pitching a new seasonal product to a restaurant group, running a tasting event, analyzing account performance to spot new opportunities, or simply checking in with a longtime customer to keep the relationship strong.

What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred)
- 1-5 years of experience in sales, business development, beverage alcohol, hospitality, or CPG
- Experience with on-premise accounts (bars, restaurants, hotels) a plus
- A proven track record of building relationships and hitting sales goals
- Strong communicator, negotiator, and presenter
- Self-starter who can juggle priorities and manage a territory independently
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office; CRM experience a plus
- Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation
A Few Practical Details
This role involves regular travel throughout your assigned territory, so you'll need to be comfortable on the road and on your feet at account visits and events. Some evenings, weekends, and holidays are part of the rhythm of this business, especially around promotions and special events, but the flexibility and variety make every week different.
