Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Pizza Chef to join our Pizza team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry with below skills.

Must hand stretch pizza crust from a raw dough ball up to 20” inches in diameter
Has experience in making pizza dough from scratch
Has experience in hand tossing pizza
Able to use a meat slicer & dough machine
Flexible Scheduling available
Must have excellent attention to detail

Duties and Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook high-quality meals according to established recipes and menu plans.
Oversee kitchen operations, including inventory management, food safety practices, and cleanliness.
Ensure compliance with health regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
Assist in managing food costs and portion control to optimize profitability.

Qualifications:

Strong culinary skills with experience in meal preparation and cooking techniques.
Knowledge of food service operations, including inventory management and sanitation practices.
Experience in high-volume restaurant environments is preferred.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced kitchen setting.
Excellent communication skills to effectively lead a team and interact with guests.
Passion for the culinary and commitment to delivering outstanding dining experiences.
Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 pounds
