We are seeking dynamic, experienced professionals to join our team as we create an elevated dining experience. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in fine dining service & a passion for delivering exceptional hospitality.   Position Summary Prep Cooks are the foundation of our kitchen, setting the team up for a successful service each day by preparing and stocking the ingredients needed to support a smooth, efficient operation. The ideal candidate is passionate about food, detail-oriented, and eager to learn and grow while contributing to a culture of quality and consistency.   Duties & Responsibilities All aspects of food preparation and presentation. Weigh and measure ingredients accurately. Assists in control of inventory and supplies. Monitor and check daily food logs. Handle and store food products correctly (FIFO). Complete tasks assigned in a timely and efficient manner. Communicate all kitchen related needs to Chef or Manager. Assist other stations when necessary. Complete all cleaning tasks as assigned. All other duties as assigned.   Physical Requirements Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for extended periods. Must be able to bend, stoop, squat, and stretch to fulfill cleaning tasks. Must be able to bend or lift up to 50 lbs. Exposure to hot kitchen elements or cleaning materials.   Skills/Experience Experience preferred but not necessary. Exceptional communication skills. Must be a team player and have a positive attitude. Excellent time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
