Position Overview
Digital assets of Tuckernuck are created through the Production cycle. These digital assets are the drivers of a quality customer experience and generate sales of our products. The Production Assistant is responsible for supporting the seamless creation and production of digital assets.
Core Responsibilities
- Prepare and organize the shot list and corresponding shot rack for all e-commerce photoshoots.
- Maintain the photography studio and assist in both the setup and breakdown for all sets (in-house & on location) on shoot days.
- Create and manage necessary documents for photoshoots such as, call sheets, travel and lodging logs, and track any corresponding expenses related to photoshoots.
- Manage all necessary production information in LetsFlo, such as ecommerce sets, product assignments, set resourcing, and outfitting sessions when applicable; Manage the corresponding Google Calendar.
- Arrange and manage all catering for e-commerce photoshoots.
- Organize and manage all studio samples for ecommerce and editorial shoots as needed; Support Sample Coordinators and Assistant Stylists with inventory management.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with creative departments to ensure all digital assets that are produced make their way onto the site.
- Communicate with external partners, such as agents and freelance contractors, to arrange shoot-related logistics.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 1+ year of experience in a related role

Compensation
Compensation for the role will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and experience. The estimated annual compensation for this role is $58,000-$62,500; classified as full-time exempt and not eligible for overtime.
