BLH Technologies, Inc., is seeking a Program Analyst to provide on-site administrative and programmatic support for a federal contract with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). The Program Analyst will work directly with program leadership and staff to coordinate activities, support grant program operations, and ensure high-quality documentation and communication. This is a highly visible, on-site role requiring strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills to support federal program management and decision-making.
Duties include but are not limited to:
• Provide on-site administrative and programmatic support to program leadership and program staff.
• Coordinate meetings, events, and program activities, including logistics, scheduling, and materials preparation.
• Review, edit, and prepare high-level documents and correspondence prior to submission.
• Support grant program operations, including tracking activities and assisting with oversight of recipient projects.
• Assist in the preparation of reports, briefings, and other program documentation.
• Maintain and track program records, action items, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to ensure timely execution of program activities.
• Support data collection and reporting efforts, including coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide general analytical and operational support to advance program priorities.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Experience providing administrative and programmatic support in a federal or similar environment
• Strong ability to coordinate activities, meetings, and events in a professional setting
• Experience reviewing and editing high-level documents for accuracy and quality
• Ability to work on-site in a federal office environment (Washington, DC)
• Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Government clearance for facility and system access
This position is contingent upon contract award and funding. Candidates may be interviewed and selected prior to award; start dates are dependent on contract execution.
Work Location: Washington, DC Metro area. May require occasional travel.
