JOB DESCRIPTIONÂ
The Program Coordinator, Teaching + Learning Center is responsible for assisting the Director in organizing, coordinating, and executing programmatic activities. S/he will interact with internal staff, external partners, and program participants to carry out program processes, organize and disseminate information, and maintain program systems and documentation. The Program Coordinator is expected to leverage AI-enabled tools and digital systems to enhance operational efficiency, support data-informed decision making, and streamline day-to-day workflows. S/he must also be adept with Microsoft Word Suite and have proficiency with creating EXCEL spreadsheets with pivot tables and formulas, as well as creating Power Point presentations using animation and graphic features. Â

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:Â
- Coordinate program activities to support planning, implementation, and monitoring of program initiativesÂ
- Provide administrative and operational support to Director and Program Managers as neededÂ
- Utilize AI-enabled tools to draft communications, summarize meetings, generate reports, and streamline routine workflowsÂ
- Maintain and update program databases, trackers, and systems to ensure accuracy, organization, and accessibility of information
- Support the configuration, launch, and ongoing management of program applications, including application setup, review workflows, and award administration within internal systems
- Administer program processes within digital platforms, ensuring accurate data entry, tracking and status management across the program lifecycleÂ
- Recommend and prepare updates to program materials, including presentations, reports and web-based content
- Coordinate meetings, schedules and communications across internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate logistics for program events, workshops and related activitiesÂ
- Support financial processes including invoice tracking, payment coordination, budget monitoring and documentation of program expendituresÂ
- Support monitoring and evaluation efforts, including surveys and reporting on program effectivenessÂ
- Develop and maintain standardized workflows, documentation, and operational guidelines to support efficient program deliveryÂ

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from an accredited four (4) year college or equivalent work experience or appropriate combination of education and work experience. Requires at least 2-3 years of administrative and operational experience.

OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Outstanding interpersonal skills; strong organization skills; proficiency in O365 Suite and use of social media platforms; demonstrated ability to leverage AI-enabled tools and technologies to enhance productivity, support content development, and improve operational efficiency; and willingness to embrace ambiguity and work within established guidelines to resolve unique challenges. Ability to be effective at multi-tasking while taking initiative to work with minimal supervision a plus.Â

Salary Range: $54,000.00 To $55,000.00 per year (Salary is commensurate with experience.) This is a hybrid role: 4 days on-site and 1-day remote per week, located in UNCF’s Washington DC Headquarters building.
