Overview

FWI is building a team to deliver professional and administrative support services for the Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency (CSOSA) in Washington, DC. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for your assigned CSOSA office — greeting and directing visitors, managing calls and messages, maintaining visitor logs, scheduling appointments, and performing general clerical duties, all while ensuring the office operates smoothly and presents a professional image.

Work Schedule and Location:

On-Site: This full-time on-site position will work Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm in Washington, DC.

Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors, determine the nature of visits, and direct visitors to appropriate persons
  • Record and transmit messages
  • Keep records of calls placed
  • Provide information to callers and visitors
  • Make appointments
  • Keep a log of visitors and issue visitor passes
  • Perform other routine clerical work

 

Qualifications

Required: 

  • High school diploma
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
  • Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
