One Federal Solution (OFS) is actively seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Records Examiner/Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for examining and analyzing records to ensure their accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established standards. You will support federal government clients by managing sensitive and complex data, preparing detailed reports, and assisting with the maintenance of investigative and case files.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze records for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Maintain and organize case files and investigative documents in both digital and physical formats.
  • Identify discrepancies or inconsistencies within records and take corrective actions as necessary.
  • Prepare detailed reports and summaries based on data analysis and findings.
  • Collaborate with investigative agencies and other stakeholders to obtain and verify information.
  • Assist in data entry, extraction, and retrieval within databases related to case and records management.
  • Ensure compliance with data security and confidentiality protocols.
  • Support the preparation and submission of documentation to higher authorities or government agencies.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Experience analyzing and examining records or data for accuracy and compliance.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, especially Word and Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience working with investigative or government records is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines.
