We are a group of passionate individuals committed to creating and serving exceptional food and drinks, fostering a culture of genuine connection with both our guests and our staff.  Role Summary:  The Support Person (Busser/Runner/Porter) plays a vital role in supporting the Bar, Counter, and Server staff by bussing, running products, and maintaining guest-accessible areas as a Porter.  Key Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to): Greeting and assisting guests. Responding promptly to guest needs or escalating requests for immediate assistance. Clearing and setting tables. Assisting with pre-bussing. Running food and drink orders efficiently. Maintaining service stations (rotating bus bins, trash removal, stocking, etc.). Monitoring, cleaning, and stocking public restrooms as needed. Consistently maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Performing assigned Running and Closing Sidework duties. Executing tasks or duties as directed by the Manager on Duty. Adhering to good food safety practices. Ensuring every guest has an enjoyable experience from arrival to departure. Availability to work on weekends and holidays is mandatory. Possess strong oral communication skills in English. Proficiency in additional languages is a significant asset.
