Job DetailsLevel: ExperiencedJob Location: Floorman, Washington Pa - Washington, PAPosition Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $95,000.00 - $95,000.00 Salary/yearSummary: The Rig Manager is responsible for every aspect of the rig operations, including set up, take down and moving, along with the safety of all crew members. The Rig Manager is responsible for daily paperwork and other matters of business pertaining to the Rig. The Rig Manager ensures that the rig operations comply with the environmental and government regulations as well as regulation the production and costs therein.   Job Responsibilities: Manages and develops client accounts to initiate and maintain favorable relationship with clients to fully utilize our Rig fleet. Prepares proposals, negotiates contracts, and administers contracts in accordance with company policies and legal requirements. Manages contract administration and provides guidance on complex contracts. Manages daily drilling operations in conjunction with the Rig Superintendent for the company. Manages the planning and execution of drilling projects. Manages the proper use and maintenance of equipment. Plans and develops revisions or enhancements to solve and troubleshoot drilling problems. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complex tasks.   Skills, Knowledge, & Abilities: A wide degree of creativity and latitude is required. Ability to communicate with a diverse group of people. QualificationsQualifications: Must possess a Valid Driver’s License and meet the requirements of the Falcon Drilling Motor Vehicle Policy A minimum of 5 years experience in the field as a driller or higher position Working Knowledge of air compressors and boosters used for air drilling Working Knowledge of mud pumps used for fluid drilling. College degree with technical college is considered an asset Certification in First Aid/CPR       Work Conditions & Physical Demands: Varying field work conditions including uneven ground, dusty work areas and varying weather conditions.
