The work
The SAP ICAM Business Analyst serves as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to define, analyst and optimize customer identity and access management (CIAM) solutions using Customer Data Cloud. This role focuses on gathering business requirements, translating them into functional specifications, and ensuring secure, compliant and seamless customer authentication and profile management experiences across digital channels. The analyst supports implementations involving registration, login, consent management, privacy, and integration with the SAP and non-SAP systems, while validating solutions through testing, documentation and stakeholder collaboration.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead activities pertaining to Zero Trust / ICAM implementation efforts, encompassing IGA, EAMS-A, PAM, and more
- Facilitate the development of As-Is Process Flows by fostering integration across multiple LMP teams
- Prepare for and facilitate workshops as necessary
- Demonstrate IGA capabilities and facilitate Q&A sessions as required
- Drive the development of To-Be Process Flows by ensuring seamless integration across various LMP teams and trading partners
- Validate To-Be process flows with relevant stakeholders
- Develop comprehensive requirements documents aligned with the envisioned To-Be process flows
- Provide support for all internal and external Zero Trust / ICAM meetings
- Other duties assigned to support the LMP Sustainment Enterprise Architecture team
Here’s what you need:
- 6+ years of SAP technical integration experience
- Architecture and Technical Integration with Applications (ECC, EWM, SCM, CAMS, Portal, UAM, GRC etc.)
- Extensive knowledge of SAP ABAP and workflows
- Understanding of Portal, Citrix, Active Directory and integration with UAM
Nice to have:
- Army LMP knowledge (different type of LMP users and assignment of FSRs and Firefighter roles and privileges.)
- Experience working with Sailpoint
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
Eligibility Requirements:
- US Citizens only (no dual citizenship)
- Eligible to receive an interim Secret Clearance
