The Security Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our facilities, employees, and patients. This includes implementing and maintaining security protocols, conducting risk assessments, and responding to security incidents. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security and law enforcement, with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to protect the company's facilities, employees, and patients

- Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential security threats and vulnerabilities

- Monitor surveillance cameras and other security systems to detect and prevent security breaches

- Respond to security incidents and conduct investigations as needed

- Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services in the event of an emergency

- Train employees on security procedures and protocols

- Maintain accurate records of security incidents and investigations

- Stay up-to-date on security trends and best practices to continuously improve the company's security measures

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, security management, or a related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in security or law enforcement

- Knowledge of security protocols and procedures

- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to remain calm and act quickly in emergency situations
