Job DetailsJob Location: Washington D.C. - Washington D.C., DC 20006Position Type: Full TimeEducation Level: Bachelor DegreeSalary Range: $125,000.00 - $150,000.00 Base+Commission/yearJob Category: OtherPURPOSE OF THE POSITION The Senior Graphic Designer develops 2D visuals (3D ability preferred) that support trial strategies by clearly communicating complex concepts in a compelling, courtroom-ready format. This role plays a key part in the visual storytelling of litigation, helping legal teams educate and persuade juries, judges, and other stakeholders.   JOB DUTIES Use invention, imagination, originality and graphics talent to create graphics for clients Collaborate with attorneys, trial consultants, and internal stakeholders to understand key case themes, strategies, and evidence. Conceptualize and design courtroom graphics, illustrations, timelines, and animations that convey technical, scientific, or legal concepts clearly and persuasively. Produce visuals using industry-standard design software. Design presentation materials that are clean, consistent, and aligned with case messaging. Modify and refine graphics in response to feedback, often under tight deadlines. Provide creative direction and guidance to less experienced designers as needed. Assist in the development of visual strategy and storytelling approaches for trial exhibits and demonstratives. Ensure final materials meet deadlines, presentation requirements, and technical specifications. Maintain organized project files and documentation of design versions. Perform other duties as assigned.   REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES Deep understanding of design principles and visual storytelling for litigation support. Advanced proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and PowerPoint. Experience using 3D modeling and animation software such as 3DS Max, Cinema 4D, Blender, Maya, After Effects, or equivalent. Strong communication skills and the ability to present design concepts to non-creative stakeholders. Excellent time management, organization, and multitasking skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment. Capable of receiving input from multiple stakeholders and adapting designs accordingly. Must maintain reliable and consistent attendance. Commitment to quality, accuracy, and meeting deadlines.   REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Fine Arts, or a related field preferred. Minimum of 10 years of experience producing complex litigation graphics and animations. Demonstrated ability to produce courtroom-ready visuals under pressure. A strong portfolio of relevant litigation or technical graphics work is required.   MEASUREMENTS OF SUCCESS Timely delivery of high-quality design assets that meet the needs of legal teams. Responsiveness to feedback and ability to iterate quickly and accurately. Contribution to the clarity and persuasiveness of visual exhibits at trial. Efficiency in project workflow and collaboration with legal teams.
