  • Analyze: Investigate performance data using our suite of reporting tools to identify opportunities to maximize clients’ ROI.
  • Curate: Work closely with publishers to craft custom media plans and build inventorypackages based on campaign needs.
  • Balance: Manage a number of budgets (large and small) simultaneously, ensuring spend efficiency across multi-stage programs.
  • Craft: Assist with creating compelling ad copy, landing page content, and other advertising creatives.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Six or more years of experience in digital paid media, including social, search, and programmatic advertising.
  • Experience working in political campaigns or government affairs (required).
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience in team management and mentoring junior team members.

  • Experience with social media platforms, including Google Ads, Meta, and X (formerly Twitter)(required).
  • Experience with tag management systems generally and conversion tracking specifically (required).
  • Ability to translate complex data from multiple ad platforms into clear, actionable insights and client-facing reports.
  • Positive, proactive attitude, with a willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends to meet campaign deadlines.
  • Familiarity with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics.

  • Flexible, open leave policy and PTO.
  • Comprehensive health benefits (medical, dental, and vision).
