About the Role

FYI is seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead a high-visibility program supporting the U.S. Secret Service Office of Human Resources. In this role, you will serve as the single point of contact for a team developing the agency's Human Capital Strategic Plan, Human Capital Operating Plans, and Workforce Growth Plan - work that will directly shape how one of the nation's premier federal law enforcement agencies plans, hires, and grows its workforce through 2032. You'll bring your program management expertise to a mission that matters, working alongside a talented team of human capital and workforce planning professionals.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the single focal point for planning, directing, organizing, controlling, and coordinating all work performed under the contract.
  • Manage and supervise a multidisciplinary project team, ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery of all contract requirements.
  • Build and maintain the master project schedule, tracking all deliverables required under the Performance Work Statement.
  • Proactively identify program risks, develop mitigation strategies, and report status to government stakeholders.
  • Lead development of the Project Management Plan, covering methodology, resourcing, timelines, quality assurance, and risk management.
  • Partner closely with the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) and Secret Service Program Manager to keep deliverables aligned with scope and standards.
  • Own monthly progress reporting and lead recurring status meetings with government leadership.
  • Support and help prepare high-level presentations of strategic plans to Secret Service senior leadership.

What You Bring

  • Master's degree in Program Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of program/project management experience, including leading complex projects and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Experience managing projects involving workforce planning and/or human capital strategy.
  • U.S. citizenship and ability to pass a limited background investigation.
  • Strong communication skills and comfort briefing senior leadership.
