Position Summary:
HCRC is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Technical Writer–Editor to produce and refine technical documentation, manuals, and reports. You’ll turn complex technical information into clear, accurate, and accessible content that supports organizational goals and informs a variety of audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Write, edit, and proofread technical documents, manuals, and reports.

  • Ensure all content is accurate, clear, consistent, and adheres to documentation standards.

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to verify technical information.

  • Maintain version control and ensure compliance with organizational documentation protocols.

  • Simplify complex technical concepts for varied audiences without sacrificing accuracy.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in technical writing and editing.

  • Strong analytical, writing, and editing skills.

  • Ability to translate complex technical information into accessible content.

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple documentation projects simultaneously.
