We are seeking dynamic, experienced professionals to join our team as we create an elevated dining experience. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in fine dining service & a passion for delivering exceptional hospitality.  Position Summary Servers are responsible for creating a warm, memorable dining experience through attentive service, strong menu knowledge, and thoughtful anticipation of guest needs. This role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while contributing to a team committed to hospitality and high standards.   Duties & Responsibilities Provide warm, attentive, and gracious service to every guest. Possess in-depth knowledge of all food and beverage menus and the company. Communicate food and beverage specials. Efficiently and effectively take guests orders, including allergies and substitutions. Properly mark tables with the appropriate utensils for the corresponding dishes. Conduct quality checks with guests. Replenish as needed by bussing and resetting tables. Understand successful beverage service and ensure positive flow of business. Present checks promptly and process payments accurately. Maintain proper napkin service with the correct etiquette. Maintain clean, stocked and organized side stations. Complete all end of shift financial procedures accurately. All other duties as assigned.  Physical Requirements Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for an extended period. May be required to lift trays of food or drinks up to 20 lbs. Must be able to bend, stoop, squat, and stretch to fulfill cleaning tasks. Exposure to hot kitchen elements or cleaning materials. Must be able to bend or lift up to 50 lbs.  Skills/Experience At least two (2) years’ previous fine dining experience. Experience with food and wine pairing. Excellent listener and communicator. Ability to focus on guest interaction and multitask. Team player and able to anticipate others’ needs. Positive attitude. Understands sequence of service and coursing.
