We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow professional who can combine hands-on platform knowledge with strong architectural judgment. You will work alongside technical and business teams to shape solutions, guide implementation decisions, and ensure the ServiceNow platform continues to evolve in a secure, scalable, and sustainable manner.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working across architecture, development, integration, and stakeholder engagement and can turn complex mission needs into practical technical solutions.
How You Will Make a Difference

- Translate business needs into platform designs, technical patterns, and implementation plans.
- Provide architectural oversight for new ServiceNow capabilities, enhancements, and custom applications.
- Guide configuration and development across key platform features such as Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, ACLs, Flow Designer, Script Includes, and system configuration.
- Establish integration approaches for connecting ServiceNow with external applications, services, and enterprise data sources.

- Recommend opportunities to simplify workflows, reduce manual effort, and improve operational efficiency through automation.
- Review existing platform processes and technical implementations and identify opportunities for modernization or consolidation.
- Facilitate technical discussions with customers, product owners, developers, administrators, and project leadership.
- Evaluate solution options and help teams make informed decisions based on security, performance, scalability, supportability, cost, and implementation risk.
- Establish technical standards and reusable patterns that support long-term platform maintainability.
- Guide developers and administrators on ServiceNow design practices and platform conventions.
- Support platform releases, upgrades, new feature adoption, and ongoing technical improvements.
- Review configurations and custom development to confirm they meet architectural and operational expectations.
- Help ensure customizations remain supportable and minimize unnecessary impact to future ServiceNow upgrades.
- Develop solution documentation such as architecture diagrams, interface designs, data models, technical specifications, and implementation guidance.
- Serve as a senior technical advisor to project leadership and the broader ServiceNow delivery team.
