Overview

R&P is looking for a Junior Data Analyst who wants to join our team. We are a mid-sized defense contractor providing Engineering, Logistics, Program Management and Technical Services to government clients. We need an analyst ready to join a fast-paced and exciting program to assist the Navy in constructing the newest class of Frigate. 

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI to track key performance indicators.
  • Perform data cleaning, transformation, and validation to ensure data integrity and accuracy before visualization.
  • Design and develop user-friendly applications using Microsoft Power Apps to improve data collection and business processes.
  • Execute data entry tasks with a high degree of speed and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand data visualization requirements.
  • Identify and interpret trends and patterns in complex datasets to provide actionable insights.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve data quality issues and discrepancies in reports and dashboards.

Qualifications

    • High School Dimploma/GE
    • Experience in U.S. Navy programs or operations.
    • Active Secret Clearance
