Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the senior technical authority for Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Azure GCC Medium, .NET/C# applications, SQL Server, and related systems.
- Design and oversee modernization, migration (including AWS-to-Azure), integration, and enhancement strategies.
- Lead architecture decisions, system design, process flows, and technical documentation.
- Ensure adherence to DevSecOps, CI/CD, SAST/DAST, SBOM, and secure coding practices.
- Support ATO activities, cybersecurity compliance, Zero Trust, and vulnerability remediation.
- Provide technical guidance on CCMS, Arbitration Management System, public web environment, and legacy system modernization.
- Conduct root-cause analysis and recommend long-term technical solutions.
- Mentor developers and ensure high-quality code and system documentation.
- Participate in on-site collaboration at agency Headquarters.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 8–10 years of hands-on Solution Architecture experience in federal cloud environments.
- Deep expertise in Microsoft 365, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse), Azure Government, .NET/C#, and SQL.
- Strong experience with cloud migration, API integrations, and hybrid environments.
- Azure Solutions Architect or equivalent certification highly desired.
- Thorough knowledge of federal security, accessibility (Section 508/WCAG), and records management requirements.
