The Continuous Improvement Manager facilitates and manages the process, planning, and execution of quality/improvement efforts for the organization. Ensures initiatives are aligned with corporate strategic goals and timelines. Implementing goal alignment activities with cross functional teams. Manages a portfolio of project directed at reducing waste and improving quality to provide greater value. Works with department heads and other team members to identify bottlenecks, redundancy, and disconnects in process.

In addition to this lead in the PMO will be responsible for conducting regular release meetings with multiple disciplines in Client to ensure delivery of a non-time product.
聽
Ensures follow-up on improvement events are completed, including scheduling, and facilitating on-going status reviews with all vested parties
聽
This role will be responsible for driving the culture of sustainable continuous improvement, operational excellence and delivering business expectations
聽
Delivering and monitoring quantifiable KPIs including Waste Reduction, Efficiency Improvements, Quality Pass Rate, and process controls.
聽
The resource must have a proven track record of SDLC completion, excellent understanding and ability to implement project management methodologies, proven experience with vendor management and must be well-versed in district policies and procedures
聽
聽Lead the management, implementation, and reporting of these large and complex initiatives by working through a team of program leaders to develop roadmaps, plans/timelines, and helping to determine staffing decisions based on current organizational capabilities and future needs ensuring cross-functional alignment and collaboration
聽
聽Collaborates with other department managers and directors to prioritize work, set deadlines and assign resources for standardized processes to be upheld throughout the SDLC
聽
聽Ensures project governance, roles, responsibilities, and outcomes are maintained and improved upon by supporting the Client program
聽
聽Delivers value by managing a portfolio of work for customers while offering strategy and alignment for success of the PMO

聽Drives consistent communication and project tracking across a portfolio of work for stakeholder visibility and internal awareness

聽Work directly with the vendor and stakeholders to reduce confusion and manage expectations

聽Ensure a consistent reporting and daily management cadence as well as accountabilities from and roles / responsibilities of key stakeholders

聽Successfully leads project management transformation/change management initiatives

路聽 聽 聽 聽16+ yrs. MS Office/PowerPoint experience. Required 16 Years
路聽 聽 聽 聽Bachelor鈥檚 degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience. Required
路聽 聽 聽 聽Progressive experience in project and program management. Required 10 Years
路聽 聽 聽 聽Experience managing people, performance, developing processes and change management practices for medium to large teams. Required 15 Years
路聽 聽 聽 聽Strong experience and verifiable success in delivering high-value client-facing software projects that span multiple teams and customers. Required 10 Years
路聽 聽 聽 聽Track record of developing and improving consistent and repeatable outcomes across a Project Management Office. Required 10 Years
路聽 聽 聽 聽Devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems considering compt equipment capacity & limitations, operation time, and form of desired result. Required 10 Years
路聽 聽 聽 聽Progressive Operational Leadership or Consultative experience in either a hospital or Health System setting. Required 7 Years
路聽 聽 聽 聽Exp with program dev that relies on thorough synthesis &understanding of clinical evidence/outcomes, process flow analysis, end-user relations etc. Required 10 Years
路聽 聽 聽 聽Strong analytical, quantitative and problem-solving experience. Required 15 Years
路聽 聽 聽 聽Thorough understanding of core business processes within healthcare organizations required. Required 7 Years
路聽 聽 聽 聽Management experience of individual contributors and/or supervisors preferred. Required 15 Years聽
