Position Overview
The Senior Corporate Recruiter is responsible for executing full-cycle recruitment efforts across all Komline business units in collaboration with the broader Talent Acquisition team. This role serves as a strategic partner to hiring managers, proactively identifying talent needs, developing sourcing strategies, and delivering high-quality candidate pipelines.
As a key ambassador of the Komline brand, the Senior Corporate Recruiter ensures a best-in-class candidate experience while driving efficient, compliant, and data-informed hiring practices.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce needs, role requirements, and long-term talent strategiesÂ
- Lead full-cycle recruitment processes for a variety of roles, from intake through offer acceptance and onboarding supportÂ
- Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies, including proactive outreach and talent pipeliningÂ
- Analyze labor market trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability to inform hiring strategiesÂ
- Utilize data, applicant tracking systems, and recruiting tools to identify, engage, and track top candidatesÂ
- Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates; present qualified candidates with detailed assessments to hiring teamsÂ
- Coordinate and manage all interview logistics, including scheduling, travel, and stakeholder alignmentÂ
- Prepare candidates for interviews and ensure a consistent, positive candidate experience throughout the processÂ
- Facilitate post-interview debriefs and provide consultative guidance to hiring managers on selection decisionsÂ
- Lead offer development and negotiations in alignment with internal compensation structuresÂ
- Oversee pre-employment processes, including background checks, reference verification, and credential validationÂ
- Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations (EEO, ADA, etc.)Â
- Contribute to continuous improvement of recruiting processes, tools, and employer branding initiativesÂ
- Support talent acquisition reporting, metrics tracking, and process optimization effortsÂ
- Perform additional duties as assignedÂ
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field requiredÂ
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (corporate or agency), preferably in manufacturing, engineering, or industrial environmentsÂ
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions and stakeholders in a fast-paced environmentÂ
- Strong interviewing, assessment, and candidate evaluation skillsÂ
- Excellent verbal and written communication skillsÂ
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage competing demandsÂ
- Solid understanding of employment laws and regulations (EEO, ADA, etc.)Â
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and applicant tracking systemsÂ
Preferred Qualifications
- AIRS, PHR, or SHRM certificationÂ
- Experience recruiting for hard to fill technical, engineering, or industrial rolesÂ
- Advanced sourcing capabilities, including Boolean search techniques and passive candidate engagementÂ
- Experience leveraging recruiting technologies and generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude)Â
- Familiarity with talent analytics and data-driven recruiting strategiesÂ
