Physical Therapist – Outpatient Orthopedics

Position Overview

We are working with a growing healthcare organization seeking a Physical Therapist to join its outpatient orthopedic team in the Washington, DC metro area.

What You'll Do

  • Educate patients and families on diagnoses, recovery expectations, and home exercise programs
  • Collaborate with clinical leadership and other clinicians to maximize patient outcomes
  • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
  • Build strong relationships with patients throughout their course of treatment
  • Participate in clinical mentorship, team meetings, and professional development

Qualifications

  • Doctorate or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
  • Current PT license or ability to obtain appropriate state licensure
  • CPR/BLS certification
  • Strong communication and time-management skills
  • Patient-focused approach to care
  • Commitment to clinical excellence and continued professional development

Clinical Expectations

Clinicians are expected to:
