Supervisor - Chic-Fil-A

Join our team as a Supervisor at Chick-Fil-A!  As a supervisor in our college dining facility, you'll lead front-of-house operations, ensuring exceptional dining experiences for our campus. You'll oversee and guide a team, manage daily tasks, handle customer inquiries, and drive staff performance. Your role includes training new staff and collaborating to enhance dining efficiency. • Lead and inspire team members to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Oversee daily operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
• Train new team members and provide continuous coaching and feedback.
• Foster a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for both guests and staff.
• Maintain high-quality standards to ensure products are prepared to perfection.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to meet demand.
• Collaborate with management to implement new initiatives and improvements.
• Address guest feedback and concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience for all.
• Uphold health and safety guidelines to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Cultivate a positive and respectful work culture that promotes teamwork and excellence.

• Proven supervisory experience in food service, showcasing leadership, team management, and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to enhance the dining experience for staff and customers.
• Proficiency in dining facility operations, including food prep, service standards, inventory management, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Aptitude for problem-solving, decision-making, and maintaining smooth operations.
• Adaptability in managing staff and operations within a fast-paced dining environment, handling changing priorities and diverse situations.
