ECS is seeking a Systems Administrator to work in our Washington, DC office. Please Note: This position is contingent upon contract award.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide day-to-day server, storage, and backup administration
Utilize DOJ ITSM system for ticketing, incident and service request management, and reporting
Provide onsite staff Monday through Friday during core business hours at 2Con, 3Con and RFK
Travel as required in support of incident resolution and system deployment activities to CONUS/OCONUS sites
Process change requests received in accordance with program policy
Monitor and respond to system alerts
Maintain ≥99% system availability
Ensure RTO not exceeding 4 continuous hours
Support Contingency and Incident Response Plan activities

Salary Range: $90,000-$125,000
