What You Will DoĀ
Collaborate with a team of Architects and Interior Designers that bring design dreams to lifeĀ through innovativeĀ problem solving and design best practicesĀ
Produce technical documentation and communicate project progress to team members to ensure successĀ
Design and deliver functional and beautiful spacesĀ for a diversity of project typesĀ
Develop drawings, details, and diagrams using Revit, and other toolsĀ as neededĀ
Support all phases of the project from conceptual/schematic design through construction administrationĀ
Support coordinationĀ withĀ consultants, contractors, fabricators, specification writers, and regulatory agencies to meet overall project objectivesĀ
Participate in construction administration, evaluate bids, conduct site visits, address technical issues, and maintain quality control during constructionĀ
Utilize handĀ drawingsĀ and 3D software renderings to communicate design conceptsāÆāÆāÆāÆĀ
āÆĀ
Your QualificationsĀ
Bachelorās degree in ArchitectureĀ from an accredited programĀ
0-3 years ofĀ relevantĀ experienceĀ within aĀ professionalĀ design firmĀ Ā
Knowledge of building codes, zoning, jurisdictional processes, building materials, specifications, and construction techniques is preferredĀ
Experience in construction document preparation, construction administration, andĀ field observation is preferredĀ
ProficientĀ withĀ RevitĀ
ProficiencyĀ withĀ SketchUp,Ā other 3D modeling software, and the Adobe CreativeĀ Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)Ā is preferredĀ
StrongĀ verbal and writtenĀ communication, organization, and collaboration skillsĀ
Passion for design excellence and continuous learningĀ
LEED accreditation or WELL AP is preferredĀ
Demonstrated commitment toĀ resilienceĀ andĀ sustainable building practicesĀ

**The estimated base salary range for this position is $65-75k, plus eligibility for bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package, with final compensation contingent on relevant experience.
