Technical Lead / Solution Architect

Job Summary
We are seeking a Technical Lead / Solution Architect to provide technical leadership for enterprise applications, cloud modernization, and system integrations across Microsoft 365, Azure Government, AWS, SharePoint Online, Power Platform, Dynamics, and custom .NET applications.
Responsibilities

Design enterprise application architectures.
Lead application modernization and cloud migration initiatives.
Define technical standards and best practices.
Review code and mentor development teams.
Support DevSecOps, CI/CD, and secure coding practices.
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
10+ years designing enterprise software solutions.
5+ years as Technical Lead or Solution Architect supporting Federal IT.
Strong experience with:
- Microsoft 365
- SharePoint Online
- Power Platform
- Azure Government
- .NET/C#
- SQL Server
- REST APIs
- Dataverse
Experience with AWS and cloud migration.
Knowledge of NIST, Zero Trust, DevSecOps, and CI/CD.
Microsoft Azure certifications preferred.
