Assertive Professionals is in search of a Technical Site Lead - All-Source Intelligence Analyst to join a small integrated team supporting our National Security Customer in Washington Metro Area.

This is a pipeline position.

The salary range for this position is between $115,000-$130,000 and is based on meeting or exceeding the requirements plus, an additional annual compliance bonus of up to $1,200.

We also offer either a sign-on bonus of $1,000 or up to $2,000 in reimbursable relocation expenses.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Responding to changes in analytical priorities while supervising, managing, and reviewing work outputs of lower-level analysts
  • Maintain a training and access roster for a lower-level analysts
  • Assist an integrated analytical team with conceptualization, production planning, research, analysis, drafting and intelligence products on identified CT topics while adhering to IC and DHS tradecraft guidance
  • Assist with analyzing all available information, reviewing raw and finished intelligence, and collaborating and coordinating with IC, DHS Intelligence Enterprise, and other partners
  • Assist with drafting and reviewing collection requirements, responding to requests for information (RFI’s) or information needs of DHS leaders and stakeholders
  • Assist with presentations, briefing preparation, product preparation, peer-review, and subject matter advice
  • Respond to Government Leadership feedback and provide work revisions during prescribed timelines
  • In coordination with the AP Project Management Office (PMO), the Project Manager will be responsible for the following deliverables
    • Implementing and managing project plans, transition plans, and business continuity plans
    • Responsible for drafting and reviewing 12 intelligence products a year
    • Responsible for drafting and submitting the project’s monthly progress report

 

Required Experience and Education:

  • Active TS/SCI Clearance
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph.
  • Working knowledge of databases and software programs used in the intelligence environment, including but not limited to: Microsoft Office suite, M3, TAC, HOTR, Google Earth, Intelink, National Exploitation System, Gemini, MIDB, GCCS-J, various message handling systems
  • Must be fungible/agile to respond to changes in analytical priorities
  • Experience supervising, managing, and reviewing work outputs from lower-level analysts 
  • 12 years of relevant experience OR
    • 10 years of relevant experience with an Associate's degree in relevant area of study
    • 8 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree in relevant area of study
    •  6 years of relevant experience with a Master’s degree in relevant area of study
    • 4 years of relevant experience with a Doctorate in relevant area of study
    • Relevant fields of study include: English, Engineering, Business, the Sciences or related concentrations (e.g. Project Management, Intelligence, Public Administration, Public Policy, American Government/Governance, Law/Legal Studies, or Management/Leadership)

 

Desired Additional Experience and Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution preferred in English, Engineering, Business, the Sciences or related concentrations (e.g. Project Management, Intelligence, Public Administration, Public Policy, American Government/Governance, Law/Legal Studies, or Management/Leadership)
  • Intelligence Community (IC) experience
  • DHS intelligence analysis experience 
  • Four (4) years of experience working with DHS data sources
  • Knowledge of the DHS I&A intelligence authorities, DHS component missions, and, the role of I&A in supporting the DHS Intelligence Enterprise; overall I&A intelligence research, analysis and production process
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office suite and DHS data systems
